[Summary of What’s New on this site?]

In 2009, my beloved late husband David Weiss was confident we could create our own publishing business. In the years since the inception of River Sanctuary Publishing, we have mentored hundreds of authors to create and release their memoirs, poetry, novels, artwork, and guidance for life in book form.  In the last years of his life, David completed eight books sharing the insights of his Soul in this lifetime. Those who knew him say “you can hear his voice in those writings” as if he is talking to you.  He was a wonderful teacher of history and government to high school kids, and his books continue his teaching.

After David’s passing in 2020, we continued to receive requests to undertake new book projects. By 2022, the avenues for printing had changed  and we reached a choice point:  Is it time to close down this venture? Clear signs from the Universe came in the form of new requests for our services and continued joy in working with authors. Our account with the on-demand printer Lightning Source provides us with an avenue for printing and market distribution. We also work with Amazon KDP, which developed its own system for printing and selling books. This offers us a broader range of publishing options to meet the needs of authors.
